  • Rug Hooking

    Rug hooking is a fiber art technique where strips of fabric, yarn, or ribbon are pulled through a stiff backing material, like burlap  using a hook to form loops.

  • Spinning and Weaving

    Spinning is the process of twisting individual fibers together to create a continuous strand of yarn.


    Weaving is the process that follows, where two sets of yarn are interlaced on a loom to form a fabric. In essence, spinning creates the threads, and weaving creates the cloth from those threads. 


    Classes are periodically offered. See class schedule.


    Spinners meet 1st/3rd Tuesday at 10a.


    Weaving meets 2nd/4th Tuesday at 10a

  • Workshop Day -All

    Mondays are dedicated to ALL fiber related projects. 


    Bring your project, anything from applique to crossstitch to hand sewing and everything in between.


    Meets Monday at 10a until ready to go home. 


Annual Fiber Exhibit


A week long fiber arts exhibit is hosted annually. This event is not  judged, rather it's a time for talented fiber artist members to display their amazing pieces.


Admission is free to the exhibit.  In addition, Special classes and demos are hosted during exhibit week. Visitors can view various member art forms in action.
